1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the website at https://miranov.online, operated by Boyuk Group, s.r.o., registered office Sochorova 3079/25, Žabovřesky, 616 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company number 29300126, VAT number CZ29300126. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What the site is for
miranov.online publishes editorial articles about video games for general information. The content is journalistic and explanatory. It is not advice of any professional kind, and it is not an offer to sell anything.
3. Advertising
The site is funded by affiliate advertising. Links marked “partner link” are commercial: we may be paid a commission if you use one. This is disclosed in a bar at the top of every page, in a box directly beneath every article headline, and in a note attached to every individual link. You are never charged more because you used our link. See the affiliate disclosure for the arrangement in detail and the editorial policy for how it is kept separate from what we write.
4. Third-party sites and services
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their prices, their terms or their handling of your data. Any contract you form with a third party — including registering an account or buying anything — is between you and them. Complaints about a third party’s product or service have to go to that third party; we can pass on feedback but we cannot resolve it.
5. Accuracy, and the limits of it
We take care to be accurate and we correct mistakes openly — see the corrections section of the editorial policy. But the subject matter is live software that is patched continually. Game mechanics, prices, available modes, vehicle statistics and system requirements all change without notice. Where anything on this site differs from the game publisher’s own current information, the publisher’s information prevails. Always check the official source before acting on something you read here.
6. Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, layout and code of this site are original works owned by Boyuk Group, s.r.o., except where another owner is credited. You may read, print and link to our pages freely, and you may quote short extracts for review, comment, criticism or news reporting provided you attribute them to miranov.online and link to the page. You may not republish a whole article, reproduce our diagrams elsewhere, or use the content to train a model or to build a competing publication, without written permission. Ask us; we are not unreasonable.
7. Trademarks
“World of Tanks”, “Wargaming” and all related names, logos and vehicle designations are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. miranov.online is an independent, advertising-funded website operated by Boyuk Group, s.r.o. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Wargaming Group Limited, Lesta Games, or any publisher or operator of World of Tanks. All references are made for identification and commentary only.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, introduce malicious code, or misrepresent your relationship with us. We reserve the right to block traffic that does any of these.
9. Availability
We make no promise that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, including removing or rewriting an article.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it may not lawfully be limited or excluded — including for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to health or life, or for any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be contracted out of.
11. Privacy
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy and the cookie policy. In summary: no cookies, no analytics, no third-party requests, and a server log kept for fourteen days.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the Czech courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the effective date above shows when it was last changed.
