1. Who is the controller

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website is Boyuk Group, s.r.o., at the address above. Because of how little data we process, we are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one. Send privacy requests to info@miranov.online.

2. What we do not collect

So that there is no ambiguity, this site does not:

• set any cookie, of any kind, including so-called “essential” ones;
• use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Web SQL or any other client-side storage;
• run Google Analytics, Matomo, or any other analytics product;
• load an advertising pixel, conversion tag, tag manager or remarketing script;
• attempt device or browser fingerprinting;
• load fonts, scripts, stylesheets, images or anything else from a third-party server or CDN — every file the page needs is served from miranov.online;
• operate a contact form, newsletter, comment section, login or user account;
• sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device, the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended) is not triggered, which is why you are not shown a consent banner. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in about thirty seconds.

3. What is processed anyway

3.1 Web server access logs

Like every web server, ours records each request it answers. The log line contains your IP address, the date and time, the path requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, the referring URL your browser sent, and your browser’s user-agent string.

3.2 Email you send us

If you write to info@miranov.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it and whatever you put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns steps taken at your request. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet any record-keeping obligation, and then delete it. Email is not an encrypted medium end to end; please do not send us anything sensitive.

3.3 When you follow a partner link

Commercial links on this site are marked “partner link”. Following one takes you first through an intermediate page on this domain and then out to an affiliate network and on to the advertiser. From the moment you leave miranov.online, you are on someone else’s website and their privacy policy applies, not ours. That destination will very probably set cookies and track the referral — that is how the commission is attributed. We have no control over it, we receive no personal data back from it, and we see only aggregate commission reports that do not identify individuals.

Our pages send the strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy, so an external site is told that you came from https://miranov.online but is not told which page you were reading. If a campaign parameter such as utm_source or gclid is present in the address you arrived on, it is copied onto the outgoing link so the advertiser can attribute the click. That happens in your browser, in the address bar only; nothing is stored.

4. No automated decision-making

We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

5. International transfers

The website is served from within the European Union and we do not transfer personal data to a third country. Should that ever change, this policy will be updated first and an appropriate safeguard under Chapter V GDPR will be put in place.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process the personal data of children. Since we operate no account, form or registration, we have no means of collecting it.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of what came before — though on this site there is no consent-based processing to withdraw.

To exercise a right, write to info@miranov.online or to the postal address above. We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests, and we will tell you if we need the extension. There is no charge for a first request.

Please note a practical limit: a server log line contains an IP address and nothing that ties it to you. Unless you can tell us the exact IP address and time window, we will usually be unable to identify your data within the logs, and Article 11 GDPR then applies.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence or place of work. The authority competent for us is:

9. Changes

If we change how this site works — for example if analytics were ever introduced — this policy would be updated before the change went live, and the effective date at the top would change with it. We keep no mailing list, so there is no way for us to notify you; please check this page if it matters to you.
